●The spherical boiling kettle is only available for Soei, and there is a screw stirring device in the ideal position, which causes swirling convection in the entire slurry and boils while suppressing the occurrence of bubble that causes uneven cooking. In addition, the stirring effect makes the cooking time constant, and the same quality soy milk can be produced every time.

●Only by switching , you can easily produce your favorite soy milk for soft, firm, and fried tofu.

●The water supply tank is installed at the top of the machine, and there are various ways to keep the concentration of soy milk constant, such as grinding water supply, dough box water supply, and return water drop input type.

●It is designed to be easy to clean. An example you can see entire the floor surface.
