●The molding machine has a very simple and robust structure and is extremely durable. Combined with the highly efficient filter material, it creates wonderful product that is highly elastic.
●The dough opening automatic feeding device is independently developed by Soei, and automatically feeds the dough from the molding machine to the fryer. It can handle dough of all sizes and is hand-fried, and can be supplied to multiple fryers from a single molding machine.
●All of these processes are unmanned, contributing to the quality control of fried tofu and saving manpower.
