●Improvement of the working environment
This device is attached to the upper part of the main unit to collect a large amount of oil fumes and hot air emitted from the fryer, and the fume temperature is reduced to 28~32°C in order to collect exhaust and cooling. By eliminating oil fumes, it also has a deodorizing effect and improves the working environment.
●Reduced cleaning effort
In order to eliminate the ceiling hood, the duct can be kept cleaner than before. In addition, both sides of the main unit are transparent covers, so you can check the dirt inside at any time.
●Effective as a fire damper
There is no need to worry about duct fires because the accumulation of oil dust in the duct that causes spontaneous combustion is eliminated. In addition, even if a fire breaks out inside the fryer, the water tank attached to the main unit will work effectively to prevent the spread of fire to the ducts.
Safety device
Water surface detection device… A level gauge is installed to control the water surface.
Blower operation monitor… If the blower stops for any reason during operation, the abnormal indicator light will come on and a warning buzzer will sound.
